Utility Relief Programs

The City of Philadelphia sponsors utility relief programs like LIHEAP (Heating Assistance/Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program) and financial assistance for clean water (assistance paying water bill or maintaining service) that eligible Philadelphians can partake in.
