Sublease Agreement Form

The Pennsylvania sublease agreement allows a tenant (sublessor) to rent all or a portion of their rented space to another individual (subtenant), with permission from the landlord.

Everyone agrees to terms and conditions set forth in the agreement, which state that the subtenant assumes all responsibility in regard to the condition and payment of rent for the property, as mentioned in the original lease agreement. However, the sublessor will be held liable if the subtenant decides to vacate the premises without warning.
